  In 2015 I became a Product Owner with in the Intenet of Things (IOT) group. There, I orchestrated the alignment of 4 teams to create a product aligning to market requirements. I also drove the implementation and use of a sofware tool suite that supported product development and analytics dashboards. During the years from 2015 - 2018, I was getting to know more and more owners of small businesses, who had different experiences than I had gained so far with large businesses. Friends, neighbors, family members, and co-workers were all changing the world by serving local and online communities in their own ways. I looked for a way to use the strengths I'd developed at Intel, to support the small business owners that I was becoming captivated by. As a Technical Program Manager in the Product group, I led teams across the company to hit business objectives. - I improved and managed the product release process, keeping our customer support, marketing, sales, partner programs, and customer onboarding teams aligned on new products and features we're offering. - I led legal compliance (PCI, GDPR) efforts, to keep our customers' data safe.- I drove the development of Business Intelligence analytics (KPIs and metrics), so we can see how our projects and launches move us toward our goals.
