Rotation 2 – Customer Development Analyst: Milton Keynes, United Kingdom with SIRVA Europe sales team. Started to coordinate efforts in creating base RFP material and production processes.Rotation 3 – TransGuard Billing and Collection: Westmont, IL within the TransGuard division of SIRVA. Assisted in centralizing all of TransGuard’s billing and collection efforts to Westmont from Kansas City and Los Angeles. Developed, documented, and communicated procedures for the newly created billing and collection department.
