My responsibilities spanned from RFI/RFP process, where I was responsible for preparation of the solution for the customers, preparation of the contract with the customers, leading all stages of analysis, development, internal testing and implementation of the solution for the customer on Production environment.   Managing the team of Project Managers in the System Delivery and Modernization team.Program Leader for Intesa Sanpaolo International Value Services (IVS) – Leading a team of 14 people (Managers, Senior Consultants) from Deloitte Central Europe and Deloitte Italy on the project for IVS.
