  For the first eight months, I was responsible for Data Supply and Inflow, Production of Reports and On-Site Customer service. This involved the filtering of monthly and quarterly data submitted by the data suppliers, loading the data to an International Production Server and undertakes QC on the finished reports. Then, I was reassigned as IT Specialist which with more technical tasking, among others, internal Hardware/Software maintenance and upgrade, and compatibility testing for MS Vista and Office 2007 with the company’s proprietary software to ensure that it can fully function. In addition, I was made responsible for the company’s IT asset purchases and upgrades. My current on-going tasks in the process of Network revamp for the office (30 points). I am also still involved in client on site service which includes data installations and software troubleshooting.I manage the documentation for the company’s Six Sigma Project which involves several different types of process mappings and job definition solutions.
