      Key responsibilities:-Accurately identify and track defects on daily manufactured parts using Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and support developers in resolving problems by completing additional tests.-Carefully provide detailed results and recommendations for tow-bar welds by performing macro analysis for the production engineer once a week using an optical microscope.-Effectively evaluate samples against quality assurance benchmarks by completing measurements such as wall thickness and surface roughness by comparing with the original drawings for the quality co-ordinator. -Successfully creating a process correction report (PCR) aiding the production team to find the root cause of deviation from standards.-Efficiently verified incoming raw material (aluminum ingots) for its composition and outgoing manufactured components for its packing standards and maintaining documentation.
