      Utilized significant upstream experience and business management skills to realize organization and process improvements. Led 20-person multi-functional team to manage diverse portfolio of Operated by Others (OBO) assets (300 fields, 1100 Royalty properties) which produced 125 thousand barrels of oil per day (KOEBD) and $1.4B/year in earnings. Managed multi-functional 50-person team which developed and implemented continuous drilling and well work programs. The team managed the reservoir performance of the Gippsland Basin fields to optimize capacity, production, and recoveries for EAPL reservoirs. Managed successful consolidation of US East and US West in 2003 and established an effective USP Reservoir team of 118 people which managed all operated fields in the US (155 fields in 12 states and the GOM) with average production of 370 KOEBD in 2005. Coordinated Headquarter activities for 6 North American Production Units (3 US, 3 Canada) which averaged 1.0 Million barrels of oil per day and 3.5 Billion cubic feet of gas per day. Managed successful merger transition of 142-person team to effectively manage Reservoir and Subsurface aspects of US West (190 fields in 10 states) which averaged 300 KOEBD production.
