This multi-faceted position included all BTP aspects: 1) Developing the standards and infrastructure required to manage and sustain BTP Design capabilities, 2) Definition, deployment, and sustainment of BTP functional processes that enable disciplined, high-quality work, 3) Evaluated and approved all tailored processes that ensured that processes and tools were properly utilized, 4) Provided programs with enabling resources (including qualified personnel and training) required to execute competency functions, 5) Partnered with program personnel to ensure the technical integrity of all LM Aeronautics programs, 6) Provided common support to programs (engineering release, data transfer, standard part modeling, master dimensioning, and Vendor TDP review), 7) Coordinated support for BTP-Design Tools, including new capability development, configuration management, independent test and release, and help desk activities, 8) Provided strategic and tactical direction for Engineering competency center.
