Here I was responsible for the branding of certain home appliance items. I drove innovation based on customer insights and market trend analysis. I prepared short-term and long-term brand development plans with a budget and execution of those plans to boost brand awareness and brand equity. I created brand guidelines, brand value propositions, and brand communication materials for several products in collaboration with my team. I managed ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing and led brand activation programs. My scope of work also extended to reaping the best out of social media (Facebook, Linked In, YouTube, and Instagram) and evaluating and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Achievement: Led a big OOH (out-of-home) campaign to promote Walton washing machines in collaboration with the organizing partner, which created massive awareness among our TG and generated 2500 sales leads and 180 pieces of spot sales.
