      Having a long term working arrangement with North Kesteven District Council Building Control and making the choice to not register with the BSR as a Building Inspector - rather than retiring I have been offered the opportunity to continue with carrying out Fire Risk Assessments for the Local Authority on their building assets and to continue to advise on associated fire safety matters. This will be done through the local authority to the clients who choose to use our services Enforcement of Building Regulations, Dangerous Structures, Demolition Notices, Plan Checking, Fire Risk Assessments, Site Inspections, etc.
