      within the Marketing Content team, marketing enablement tools are being designed, defined, developed with a focus on improving overall performance, scalability, and consistency throughout Philips. I am responsible for deploying these tools to targeted stakeholders to drive a consistent way of working across Philips Marketing teams. - Deploying various digital capabilities from end to end - Closely collaborating with product owners and stakeholders on developing the deployment roadmap- Ensure transparency of deployments by continuous reporting in Azure DevOps- uncover and resolve deployment impediments - Follow the SIM methodology to ensure stakeholders fully embrace the changes to their day-to-day ways of working.
