  Created, planned, and executed the annual conference ETC 2021 in both creative and logistical event decisions. Delegated tasks to and assisted team members with tasks including the brainstorming and execution of promotion material, understanding of risk management plans and control systems (including adapting to covid-safe regulations), liaison with conference speaker and venue, runsheets, organising break-out groups, band, etc.Before being the Conferences team leader, I was also a faculty leader in 2019, and a small group leader in 2018 and 2019. During my time as a faculty leader, I organised with my two other team members a range of events from smaller events to Comms Getaway, a multi-day weekend away with faculty members that included talks from a speaker, break-out groups, and other activities.
