Responsible for acting as the key bridge between strategic business needs and the system-operational challenges inherent in digital transformation, ensuring alignment between business objectives and the technological evolution.Under my role, I have successfully supported in maintaining operational and commercial continuity while driving business growth and strategic planning. My role entails several activities but among the most important ones I can mention the management of product portfolio rationalization across all markets involved in the scope. In addition, I am responsible for the E2E flow of requirements for key Commercial operations such as Product Catalog, Sales Channels and related Customer Experience.
