After 10+ years as a yogi on the mat I took to standing and decided it was a love I had to share with the world as a teacher. Still fresh in teaching but deeply rooted in passion, my hands-on approach to instructing provides students with encouragement to move within their limits and push for their own personal new accomplishments. To grow at your own pace in a comfortable loving environment that aligns with who you are at the core is the atmosphere I try to harness. Show less

    • Women Who Explore

      Jan 2017 - Jan 2020
      Brand Ambassador

My natural introvert tenancies used to make the prospect of leading others feel out of reach. It wasn't until several people helped me realize I'd been guiding others for years.
