  I was the main point of contact for pupils, teachers and external exam agencies.The role also included entering all pupil data for examination, producing timetables and daily seating plans for over 500 pupils.Liaising with external examination boards AQA, Edexcel and OCR I was responsible for an examinations budget in excess of £100k per academic year.This position was highly time sensitive as examinations would need to be started at the same time nationwide.   I was directly responsible for the daily handling of client ISAs and unit trust deals. Deals would typically range from £10,280 for ISAs and unit trusts would frequently be excess of £100,000. This would involve processing all deals and entering them on the database. I was also responsible for client letters, should they have a query with an investment. I was also required to place deals in a timely manner, this was particularly important as a delay in processing a deal could cost the client significantly in the market. Show less

  Prior to working within the Solicitors I was contracted to survey UCL Hospital for an Asset Condition Survey. This involves checking previous equipment within our database. I have recently been asked to provide a third survey to the hospital. Since moving from the International division to Systech Solicitors I have supported two Partners and a Solicitor with their case preparation, scanning, research and filing.
