  Completed an internship period of 5 months in the Talent & Culture (Human Resources) function at Accor India Office in Gurgaon.My role was to:- Focus on the Employer Branding for Accor India on its official social media accounts which was a solo project designed and executed by me.- To collect and analyze the attrition rate of Accors 56 existing hotels across India and Colombo, Sri Lanka. Reviewing and Analyzing trends and concerns.
