  Pick items for guest orders accurately and quickly; meeting service and required ship time standards.Properly prepare, pack and sort guest orders for shipment using correct materials in a timely manner.Meet pick and pack productivity expectations and INF goals.Locate Ship to Store orders and scan into hold upon arrival.Complete return to stock tasks according to best practice.Monitor and communicate with your leader when supplies are needed.Model excellent service by greeting all guests in the area when picking orders.Properly use equipment while following safety best practices.Manually load outbound orders into 3rd party carrier trailers (Enhanced Ship from Store locations only).Leverage appropriate escalation tools to solve process and/or guest issues; notify leader(s) as needed.Execute end-of-day proceduresFollow all safety guidelines, operating procedures, product freshness and quality standards; follow food safety guidelines when handling, displaying and/or storing food items.Provide service and a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest.
