  As an Administrative Assistant, I assisted groups of staff in their administrative needs in Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Research and Development departments. As an area assistant, I was utilized in all office administrative needs to include office equipment, word processing, filing, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. As a Collection Specialist, I contacted customers to collect outstanding invoices for payment and to maintain a low Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) for my assigned customer territory. This included working with Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Marketing, and Returned Goods departments for billing disputes. The job also required extensive relationships and contact with the Smith & Nephew Sales Force along with Marketing and Finance departments that dealt with customer quotes and pricing. I was an Accounts Receivable Clerk where I applied payments to customer accounts, and also dealt with payment discrepancies. During this job, I worked closely with Credit Specialists, Credit Department, Customer Service, and the Smith & Nephew Sales Force.
