      Governor's Business Plan Winner - Wisconsin The State of Wisconsin and The Wisconsin Technology Council May 2020 The mission of the Governor’s Business Plan Contest is to encourage entrepreneurs in the startup stage of tech-enabled businesses in Wisconsin. As a former judge and sponsor, I always wondered if I could win. I wrote the business plan for Mathetria Press over a period of three months. There are five different stages where contestants are either chosen or cut. I am pleased to say that my entry for Mathetria Press went the distance and I became a 2021 Governor's Business Plan Winner!
