I first started at Save Energy as a telesales member in which when my manager left I was promoted up to the role of Telesales manager my duties included managing a team of upto 8 employees, staff rotas, staff wages, product and sales training, conducting interviews, dealing with warm lead companies and appropriate invoices for any services we used as well as generating leads for a team of up to 15 sales reps.
