I embarked on a project to standardise and consolidate the 30 different ATM software versions being used by our clients into one configurable version. Within four months, I successfully streamlined the integration process, significantly reducing complexity and enhancing operational efficiency.Following this achievement, I took on the role of Project Manager during a critical period of transition when the company experienced a change in management control and the mass resignation of eight technical staff members.
