  developed maintained and taught classes about Paccars MX engine to sales and service personnel on how to service, diagnosis, and sale the product in the field to customers. built and designed classes to help develop and train plant personel on Kenworth product and basic assembly processes. help to set up and cordinate larger customer events to increase sales. Slected suppliers set up material part numbers and pricing in SAP system. Planned and order part for implmentation of enginering change notices for new products. Managed a select group of Kenworth or Peterbilt dealers created a custom list of parts to be ordered on a daily suggestion. Parts list based off current inventory and daily sales to help increase inventory turns at the dealers ship. Also set up seasonal and special buys for dealer to creat sales events. wrote technical manuals to support Kenworth and peterbilt trucks in the field. Created parts lists and part assembly illustrated breakouts for lower level components.helped to created a electronic version of our paper catalogs.
