I made sure the dev team understood their current process and met with the SMEs to fully understand what the requirements were and how to achieve them.

  PNC needed to enhance and automate their home loan origination process on their internal and external website. The enhancements were needed as their home loan process was too time-consuming and manual, which caused delays in the processing.

  Initiated the UCLA’s OneBill project. Which was primarily a Student Accounts Receivable consolidation effort, focusing on the improvement of student billing, payment remittance, financial aid coverage, and customer service support modeling to better serve the student body.
