      SPOC - Windows Server Adminstrator EY Assistant director Nov 2017 I wanted to take a moment to let you know about the outstanding service I received from Pablo this evening. We were in a situation where we found a major issue with code that is to be deployed next week to the EY Benchmark application and needed to access the QA environment to test. Everyone who has a QA account that works was out on holiday and we needed someone.I submitted 4 tickets (one for each of our testers) to be checked and literally within 1 minute Pablo reached out to have them… Show more I wanted to take a moment to let you know about the outstanding service I received from Pablo this evening.
