      In what is considered the UK and possibly Europe’s most complex station redevelopment my role involved overseeing the General Station Manager building, the Hammersmith & City and District line Concourse and the OLOD areas: Those assignments included leading and managing teams of various sizes (12 pp max.), Client facing, writing and formally submitting minutes of meetings ,Drafting construction sketches, preparing mark ups for the design team, leading multi‐disciplinary design coordination, specifications writing, responding to site queries (on client RFI’s/PTR system), CAT II checking, and reviewing procurement drawings.I have also carried out Project management duties , preparing fees for change orders, coordinating drafting and submitting Crossrail design documents, coordinating the security and the wayfinding packages for the station, coordinating the design of the interfaces with the external urban realm including Schedule 17 planning submissions, Reviewing the design against standards and regulations and recruiting and training the Construction support team. Crossrail has worked in a ‘BIM’ environment for many years and was of the first major projects in the UK to use the collaboration processes defined within BS1192, developing a common data environment and management system.
