Represents the Agency in bid protests before the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and Court of Federal Claims (CoFC). Represents the Agency in claims litigation before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA). As subject matter expert (SME) for Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the Office of General Counsel (OGC) for the Agency, I am the go-to for all requests, procurements, etc. related to AI and the legal aspects. Serves as backup Fiscal Law attorney for the Agency, reviewing fiscal law issues related to contracts, Memorandums of Agreement and Understanding (MOA and MOU), Support Agreement, and funding issues related to Defense Working Capital Fund(DWCF); Operations and Maintenance (O&M); Research, Development, Testing and Evaluation (RDT&E); Procurement (PROC); and Military Construction (MILCON) appropriations.
