Responsible of delivery facilitation of cross-functional teams using Scrum, including all the Scrum ceremonies and artefacts (Stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, grooming, reviews and Scrum of scrums). Kept a transparent project, ensuring inspection and adaption, remove impediments. A 100% level of transparency is kept using physical boards along with JIRA for distributed teams, using high doses of communication management, including involving all stakeholders in the project.
