  During my phase as a project engineer I have succesfully completed several high scale industrial modernization projects to improve plant’s efficiency.- Coordination of investment projects with both Lithuanian and international companies;- Improvement of existing processes and development of new technological processes and products;- Control of design works;- Preparation of RFPs and technical tasks for design works and critical equipment;- Preparation of business plans, reports, project schedules, protocols;- Investment, budget, deadline management;- Coordinating projects with state institutions;- Reading and analysing engineering design documentation;- Preparation and negotiation of NDAs and contracts for the procurement of services;- Organising procurement tenders, negotiating contract terms;- Participating in decision-making and providing suggestions;- Planning internal and external meetings;- Searching for new partners and maintaining business relationships with existing ones; Show less During my years working in the Air Separation Plant I gained great experience in high-scale manufacturing process operation. I was responsible for heavy machinery operation, manufacturing process start-up, shut-downs, operation and maintenance. In addition, I have gained experience with personnel management: instructing on safety rules, assign duties, perform training, provide guidance, ensure compliance on GMP.- Temperature, pressure, liquid and gas flow control using pneumatic, mechanical and electrical devices.- Control of all equipment within the air separation plant, including high capacity centrifugal, rotary and reciprocating compressors, water and cryogenic pumps, in compliance with all technical, health and safety and environmental requirements.- Management of all cryogenic air separation processes, including air purification, air compression, water purification and cooling, air liquefaction and rectification, as well as quality control of raw materials, intermediates and final products.- Identifying and managing discrepancies, taking preventive action.- Preparation of inspection plans for potentially hazardous equipment, safety valves, pipelines.- Preparation and development of engineering manuals and drawings.- Applying good manufacturing practice in the production of medical oxygen.- Colaboration with experts in their respective fields to solve engineering problems.- Maintenance of compressors, refrigeration machines, valves and fittings.
