      6 month internship in a very intense yet extremely innovative and creative Michelin star restaurant. The guidance and vision of the chefs around me had inspired me to pursue a fine dining career. The experience had also opened the door for me to explore, research and learn avant-garde cooking techniques in the kitchen.As part of the junior staff, I worked as prep and support during service earlier on then solo on certain plates of the tasting later on in the internship.
