  This role gives me the opportunity to enhance my data skills in monitoring and evaluation. I have managed the data of over 20 million citizens reached out through 360 grants awarded in 27 crosscutting thematic areas and of 27 performance indicator across 130 districts of Pakistan. My role contributes to making this project unique among other projects of USAID due to the automatic transformation of activities into PMP indicators through the online Grant Management and Information System (GMIS). Additionally, I am the part of FAFEN’s team to observe Pakistan’s General Elections 2018 across 130 districts.
