She tracks and completes hourly evaluations, GAIN actions, Outlook changes, various permissions and access levels, vendor meetings and a myriad of other details. She organized the quarterly Field Services department meeting and made sure every detail was coordinated and completed, including food, presentation, scheduling, speakers, etc. She is critical to job analysis and levelling actions for all hourly technicians and revised job descriptions for 7 technician levels, participated in multiple meetings to explain and build consensus for changes, tracked and ensured completion with various stakeholders.
