  Lead a team of Designers & Draftsmen to ensure timely execution of engineering activities and satisfy the customer requirements. Responsible for technical development of Designers & Draftsmen in the group. Responsible for Mechanical Design & Drafting related to Mass Transfer & KOY Equipment. Generate, review & approve Design deliverable for trays and tower internals to the company’s Global Standards and / or client specifications within specified time fulfilling ISO requirement. Plan & schedule the work of Designers & Draftsmen and check the quality of their output. Monitor actual progress of work against plans and take timely corrective actions to ensure meeting the deadlines / target dates as requested by clients. Sheet sizes are selected correctly as per manufacturing sites with a special consideration for Sheet lengths. Work with the team of software developer for testing the PLM/LN report which they have created before releasing it to the production so that all the users get the corrected PLM/LN BOM report without any bugs/errors. To actively support for creating our design reports and make modifications / improvements to the existing reports for the KG engineering and design team. Help in achieve Direct Hrs capacity of 178,000 hrs by end of year Help in Issue of Shop Design Package 90% on time to shop as per agreed RTNs. Help in achieve overall 80% efficiency. Help in reducing cycle time of 39 days (from generation of KGDS to shop release). Help in Issue of Shop Design Package of 16,000 estimated ETO Earned Hrs. per month to shop. NCR Cost should be < USD 0.70 per Earned Hr. without warranty & USD 0.90 per Earned Hr. with warranty. As the part of Power BI team for creating/ Modifying the Engineering & Design Reports which will help the design team to get rid of the manual records to be kept for the different drawings and maintain cycle time.
