  As Digital Engineering Manager, I am responsible for leading and coordinating the Digital Transformation initiatives within Exyte Hargreaves. I also lead the company’s BIM strategy and develop our digital capabilities. This role involves leading our BIM team to deliver some of the largest projects across the UK including Hinkley Point C and High Speed 2 (HS2). Previously employed as the Deputy BIM manager at Exyte Hargreaves Ltd, using my skills in Computer Aided Design and information management to complete a range of BIM deliverables including LOD500 models across large construction projects I completed my apprenticeship at Exyte Hargreaves having spent a short amount of time in various departments including Fire Duct Projects, Sales and Manufacturing. During this time I also completed an ONC in Building Services Engineering and a HNC in Mechanical Engineering before finding my passion for Building Information Modelling (BIM) and taking on a full-time role in this department
