  As a CTO, I helped realize the company's vision by leading the team in building a high-performance SaaS platform with complex features and multiple integrations. I attracted talent, recruited, and managed a multidisciplinary team. I also contributed technically to the development of the platform. Specialized in full-stack software development for startups, with a focus on creating Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). My responsibilities extended to defining the software architecture for each project, establishing patterns and practices for the team, conducting code reviews and mentoring team members. I collaborated closely with clients to gather requirements and validate them with end-users, concentrating on delivering high-value features with cost-effective solutions. I led over 60 MVP projects for startups, including some for international clients in English, honing my cross-cultural communication skills. My role involved customer service, requirements gathering, and managing a blend of remote contractors and in-house staff. I was able to integrate diverse teams and navigate the complexities of a global, virtual work environment, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.

  "Where To Go" is a pet project. Me and my wife went from idea to prototyping based on our own needs as frequent tourists. I continued from there, creating the user interface, building the front-end and back-end, also devising the whole system in-between, which makes heavy use of AI to register places to visit, write a summary and make recommendations for each place.
