  As a student support specialist, I worked with students, faculty, staff, and administrators to answer questions and resolve issues that students experience--be it in their academic lives, personal lives, or life-on-campus lives. I took a holistic approach to helping students access resources to meet their needs, always seeking to empower students in the process.
