( tasks destitution, supporting, responsibility for quality of the team, velocity and performance of the team, 1-1 sessions, analyzing quality of test docs and proposing improvements, worked with Delivery Central) - Work organization. Created testing process from scratch in game dev domain. There were a lot of week points and I were to have the view how we can build strong process without any guides. As results process works and customer is satisfied how it is. - Coordination of external teams (tasks destitution for external vendor team, support and quality improvements)- Scope of work preparation and discussion with customer, analyzation and calculation of capacity, consoles and devices distribution, solving capacity issues.
