  Tasks & Projects:- Leading UK Broadcasting Platform: Test Analyst responsible for the execution of functional tests with the objective of ensuring the proper functioning of the platform and high quality of service. Additionally, supported the Defect Manager in Defect Triaging and Prioritization as well as in the definition of defect resolution roadmamps.- Leading Global Information Services and Publishing firm: Design and implementation of a new CSAT program to assess & increase the levels of employee satisfaction with the services provided by the Global Shared Services department of the firm. Based on the results gathered via surveys and interviews with the services’ users, the program included the definition of an improvement roadmap centered on strategic activities aimed at increasing the users’ satisfaction levels. - Leading Spanish Broadcaster: Helped the client with the creation of the formal documentation required for the participation in the tender launched by the government for the assignation of new emission frequencies (Tender ultimately won by the client).
