As an account manager I need to maintain BT's existing relationships with a client or group of clients, so that they will continue using BT for business. My duties as an account manager does not manage the daily running of the account itself but I do manage the products and services in the customers account. I also manage relationships with clients of account(s) that I assign myself too. Also a key factor of my role as an account manager means I need to understand the customer's demands, plan how to meet these demands, and generate sales for the company as a result which I do on a monthly basis generating minimum of £18000 in gross profit for BT.       I currently work within the insolvency industry where I work with IVA's, Trust deeds and Debt arrangement schemes. I take cases from initial contact to the stage of completion. I also have experience working with secured loans, equity release and later life planning. My willingness to be the best and learn everyday has helped me hit the best numbers month in month out since I joined the company and made some real good money for myself and the company. I'm currently doing a high volume cases per month. I am best at getting documents from clients and one call closing as I am very good at building rapport with my clients who feel at ease and comfortable when speaking to me and put a lot of Trust into me. I love the insolvency industry and regret not getting into it a lot sooner than I have as I am very good at what I do and love to learn something new each day if I can to improve or advance on skills/knowledge which allow me to exceed further within my career.
