  currently working within the pastry dept and loving learning new skills, recipe's and ideas. working with an amazing team who are passionate about food. i have worked with all sections of the kitchen at the stadium from cold service, hot/mains section and now pastry. This place has filled most of my working career as i have been here on a casual basis for approximatly 11 years now after doing my first championships, got invited to join full time catering for the all england lawn tennis staff, and extra activities included conference and event dinners, and working at harlequins rugby at weekends. i continued to work the championships for an extra 4 years after leaving full time.
