      Rapid Development Manager ,Product performance validation, Rapid Prototyping, Industrial Design,Showcase Vehicle Builds Plan and build a program in which product's were tested "real world" as in field testing long term testing etc.. Document ,log and report all findings both good and bad, to engineering and product development teams involved. Supervisor for all “one off” projects given to my team from Research and Development as well as the Marketing group. Multiple operations often going on at one time. Build and campaign a one of the most successful sound competition teams in Iasca, Usaci, and DB drag history. Including organizing events, travel, monitoring all marketing and budgets consernng the team etc.
