      Air Ramp Supervisor

As an Air Ramp Supervisor it was expected that I complete the assigned loads and unloads safely and efficiently to ensure on-time departures of aircraft and sort of packages. Being at UPS for 4 years I had the opportunity to work on both the Air Ramp and Air Hub side of things. This allowed for me to become what was known as the floater supervisor which meant I could be covering any given crew on any given day. This allowed me to build relationships with all the different crew on my shift. This benefited my management skills because I was consistently adjusting my management style to fit the style of each crew. Show less

    • Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE)

      Oct 2017 - May 2019

As an Operations Specialist I it was my job to ensure compliance with the many regulations that an airport is required to meet. I did so through my daily airfield and terminal inspections to ensure compliance with Part 139, Part 77, and TSR 1542. As an Operations Specialist, I was the face of the airport for airport tenants and passengers, consistently in the terminal ensuring that both the passengers and the tenants did not need any assistance. My relationships with airport tenants began with the badging process for them and they knew for anything that they needed they could call Ops. Additionally, I was in charge of updating the ACM with any necessary changes and ensuring it was current for our Part 139 Inspection. I was apart of a team that earned zero discrepancies on our Part 139 Inspection while at CAE. Show less

As Airport Operations at the Louisville Regional Airport Authority it is our job to help airport stakeholders and tenants understand who Airport Operations is and what we can do for them. We are a department that is currently growing and becoming what we envision to be the best and most efficient Operations Department. Currently Airport Operations ensures compliance with regulations such as Part 139, Part 77, TSR 1542 and more. We currently oversee the Airport's Credentialing office along with vehicle permitting. Also, Ops is always finding new ways to be involved in all aspects of the airport. Construction at SDF is always happening, from terminal renovations to pavement rehab on the airfield. Airport Operations is involved to help consider the impacts that these projects may have on our passengers and our airlines. Show less
