      • In support of company’s future product direction, daily evaluation data reviewed by plotting into boxplot and adjusted the machine parameters accordingly which resulted in an improvement from 0.7 micron to only 0.2 micron differences from the desired new product target.• Utilized statistics (two sample t-test) for process parameters improvement decision making.• Developed a matrix table to weigh between the rejection cost and the material cost for decision making which pressed down the rejection cost by 0.2% – 0.3%.• Established Indirect Material indicators from nothing to something for 100% tracking & managing the whole indirect material costs. Led to a 3% - 4% cost saving through waste reduction.• Data driven - Resolved shiftly / daily spike case(s) through analysing & interpreting data fluctuation including any deviation from the baseline then working with equipment team for equipment related issue(s). • Looking at SPC data in a trend chart format instead of single data point everytime to detect for any drifted trend.• Conducted process simulations and data compiled showing incoming raw material related issue(s) where data were feedback to the supplier for triggering improvement purposes.• Leading a team consisted of 1 junior engineer, 4 experienced technicians and 2 junior technicians to drive for production line sustenance & improvements.• Managed a structured Key Process Input Variables to achieve optimal Key Process Output Variables.
