  • In support of company’s future product direction, daily evaluation data reviewed by plotting into boxplot and adjusted the machine parameters accordingly which resulted in an improvement from 0.7 micron to only 0.2 micron differences from the desired new product target.• Utilized statistics (two sample t-test) for process parameters improvement decision making.• Developed a matrix table to weigh between the rejection cost and the material cost for decision making which pressed down the rejection cost by 0.2% – 0.3%.• Established Indirect Material indicators from nothing to something for 100% tracking & managing the whole indirect material costs.
