This experience gave me the opportunity to work in several areas like customer support and system integration. I had also the chance to deliver trainings and presales presentations and demos to the customer and this had a big role in improving my technical and human skills.My start in Ericsson was in Service layer and Multimedia team since June 2009, In my assignments I had the opportunity to successfully deliver integration services to the customer such as installation, integration, support of Ericsson products and solutions including customer adaptations and product customisation and 3PP products as well as training delivery.During my experience in Ericsson, I worked with all the operators in Tunisia and I had the chance to work with the Greenfield operator Orange Tunisia in Integration and customer support, this experience brought to me a whole view on all the 2G and 3G network architectures especially in my assignment in the Core IP/MPLS project.I had also the opportunity to work as a technical coordinator then acting project manager in the first deal with Tunisiana, the mobile advertising project, and I am managing till now the support and the integration this solution, it was the first time that Ericsson integrate this solution.After these different experiences in different competences areas (VAS, IP, Multimedia, …) I had also the chance to work in Morocco for Meditel account in a network modernization project starting from October 2010 till now, the target is to move to a full IP network, RAN migration from ATM to IP, my role in this project was system integration then overall solution architect.
