  Head Cabana Boy

  Every summer from 2009 through 2012, I worked at the Allenhurst Beach Club. When I first started, I was working in the Recreation Camp from 6/2009-8/2009, where I worked with children ranging from ages 7-12. Immediately following the end of the Recreation Camp, I started working as Security from 8/2009-9/2009, where I would ensure that nobody entered that was not a member or a guest of a member. One night after work, there was the yearly Labor Day Weekend party, and I noticed that the Cabana Boys were understaffed so I offered to assist. The following day, I became a Cabana Boy. In my role as a Cabana Boy, I ensured customer satisfaction for hundreds of customers each day. I held this role until June 2012, when I was made the Head Cabana Boy. As Head Cabana Boy, I had all of the responsibilities of a Cabana Boy, but was also in charge of scheduling breaks and days off for the 5 Cabana Boys, plus myself. I was asked to come back for the 2013 season to hold the same role, however I declined due to enlisting in the US Navy in January of 2013. I was leaving for Boot Camp in July of that year, and did not want to leave halfway through the summer and have them needing to find a replacement in the middle of the season. Show less

  In my role as Technical Support Representative III, I work to ensure customer satisfaction, escalation of defects, data update requests, and feature requests. I also assist other members of the team with their cases for customers, and help to assist and educate members of the Customer Support Team. Since joining the PestPac Technical Support Team, I have continued to increase and diversify my knowledge.
