The company underwent a restructuring and turned me over to an insurance technician, whose activities were to check insurance policies and endorsements for shipment to clients, premium value matching, and spreadsheets with insurance calculations. I worked as an assistant to support the insurance team of Miscellaneous Risks, Properties, Profit Loss and others and the Manager. Besides that I was responsible to organize files, telephone answering, meeting room organization, scheduling meetings for the manager and send mailings. Eventually I still did some typing work, however, the company already had computers, so part-time I input inspection requests in the system for continuous reporting, as well as preparation via CartaCerta system of letters to send charges, policies and insurance endorsements to clients.I also had the responsibility of separating the documents for sending their respective insurance areas and technicians. I started work on a temporary contract and in February I was hired as a typist, where I was responsible for typing policy applications, endorsements, internal memos, and letters.
