This involved working in close collaboration with a 3rd Party supplier to deliver enhancements to complex calculations, improvements to existing credit notes, whilst also decoupling the existing architecture making it more maintainable, supportable & scaleable.Aug 2016 to Dec 2016 - SAAS Delivery (Voyager)Managed the delivery including the commercials of a new SAAS solution via a 3rd Party Supplier to support the business processes of a newly created company within E.ON (as a separate legal entity).Technical changes involved a New web application (hosted within the 3rd Parties data centres), a new mobile iPad application (with an appropriate MDM policy applied on each device), integration of the 3rd Party solution with various other third party systems also hosted externally & Penetration testing of the 3rd Parties Web application, Mobile application & infrastructure.).May 2016 to Aug 2016 - Website Redesign Project Project Managed a Digital work stream (as part of the New Era Web Redesign Programme) enabling 2 websites (old & new) to co-exist “transparently”, whilst sharing functionality across the existing and new platform. The main goal of the work stream being to maintain a transparent customer journey via the legacy/existing website, ensuring the look and feel reflected that of the new Residential Website user experience; which impacted approx. 880 existing Webpages, including some held via a 3rd Party.
