Ensured the building was in good running order. Reported and oversaw repairs to the business after hours. Customers who couldn't reach our shop during regular business hours were the main priority. Scheduled hours allowed for them to be handled accordingly.

CRO (Compliant Resolution Officer) certification allowed for heightened levels of customer service for those passengers needing that extra help.
