  QA/QC Engineer

  - Preparation & dealing with customer for approval of manufacturing quality plan (MQAP). - Preparation of checklist and performing inspection of various items from raw material to the final product stage (i.e., Visual, Dimensional, NDT, etc.) - Handling inspection call management for the manufacturing shop & supplierend related inspections. - Coordination with customers (NTPC, GE, MHPS, OPGC, RRVUNL, SJVN, etc.) for smooth conduct of witness inspection and product clearance. - Evaluation/review of the supplier quality documents and providing clearance/comment.- Conducting witness inspection with customers (NTPC, HPGCL, RRVUNL, PSPCL, Adani, etc.) for raised inspection call related to manufacturing shop.- Preparation & submission of the Quality Dossier / Quality Documentation to customer as per customer requirement & MQAP.- Follow-up with customer for issuance of MDCC of the submitted QDs & completed inspections (Supplier end & in-house manufacturing shop inspections).- Handling & monitoring of product as well as system non-conformances (NCs), follow up with cross-functions for root cause analysis using 8D method or WhyWhy analysis, periodic review of implementation of preventive actions to avoid repetition of issues.- Conducting internal audits of cross-function departments for the Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015.- Preparing & maintaining of the WPS, PQR & WPQ, Weld Map, Weld Plan for various welding process.- Conducting good receipt note (GRN) clearance in SAP (quality related modules) as well as in hard copy by review of supplier documents along with visual & dimensional inspection of material.- Handling & monitoring of the concession/deviation requests received from supplier.- Registering and verifying the newly received instruments with the calibration details, also allocating unique tag numbers for identification and tracking.
