  I managed three concurrent projects inside Enterprise IT. These projects required substantial stakeholder management with one project delivering a reporting and analytics dashboard directly to the executive committee. The second project was the re-enablement and securing of website functionality to enable client access. This initial re-enablement was followed by the overall migration of the website into the standardised web estate. The third project was on a ransomware readiness assessment across a large range of key systems and applications. Show less During my work as a Project Coordinator, I continued work as a portfolio analyst directly supporting the IT portfolio Director. From October 2019 I worked on a commercial system transformation programme, I helped form the governance and structure for the programme. As the programme progressed my focus was on coordinating the data migration and data quality improvements as part of the transformation. After the delivery of the Commercial systems transformation I moved onto the Delivery system transformation programme, tracking activity, actions and reporting across the programme. I worked closely with the business change manager to create the training materials needed for customer onboarding. I then focused to analysing and managing the product data migration between the two systems. While doing this role I also worked on redesigning Enterprise IT’s digital strategy alongside the CIO with a presentation back to IT Senior Leadership. Business Change Analyst - New Business Model Implementation-The business model transformation was an end to end change in the sales flow. Creating a lean efficient process to increase the speed of delivery.   I am currently working on delivering and implementing continuous improvements for the agile transformation in BT Business Digital.
