  In my long-standing freelance role as Artist Liaison for the National Festival of Thrift in Redcar (UK), I was responsible for coordinating the artist and stage programme across the festival site along with accompanying launch events and workshop offers throughout the year. In 2019 the festival welcomed over 45,000 visitors across a two-day event. During 2020 I responded to lockdown measures by working with the freelance team to develop and deliver an entirely digital programme on a vastly reduced budget. Was the primary contact for all those wishing to attend courses and responsible for maintaining databases, ensuring clear, informative customer service to all those who register and identifying any issues or worries applicants may have. Maintained budgets for all workshop series and created new systems for launching workshops.Responsible for drawing up contracts to facilitators and accountants within the parameters of the budget and flagging discrepancies ahead of time.   Worked alongside the production manager to coordinate stall holders get-in/out and positioning for both the 2020 and 2021 Festival.
