      Goldshield Services Pvt Ltd is a 100% subsidiary of Goldshield Global PLC, a Global pharmaceutical trading company based in London and listed on London Stock Exchange with a turnover of more than $ 1 billion. The company has transferred all its back office and management operations in Mumbai with a 500 seat sales center, plus the entire Global Management, including Finance, Logistics, Sales, etc. • I was directly responsible for setting up 2 state of art 200 seats call centers at Mumbai, plus 30,000 sq feet of Management Area, doing all the floor planning with the architect, electrical work with electrical contractor, air conditioning solutions with Voltas, structured cabling along with IT dept. as also negotiations with various vendors for facility planning, implementation and support.• I had commissioned a Canteen Facility with all the amenities and seating capacity of 150 persons. I had also set up a Transport network, which has ensured 100% timely transport for the Call center staff from their residences to the office.• With better management and putting process I saved about 6 lakhs in canteen, about 5 lakhs in transport and about 3 lakhs in stationeries.As Head of Facilities in India, I was responsible for complete and full-fledged General Administration, Security and Facility Management of the India Operation, including cross charging the users and running this as Profit Center.
